Automated Non-Destructive CCI/Leak Testing

CCIT machines are customized for the test sample and leak sensitivity. The platform caters to leak testing of various primary packaging containers such as ampoules, vials, BFS ampoules/cards, Ophthalmic 3-piece containers, pouches, flow wraps, IV bags, etc.

Customised technologies to achieve low false rejections and high-test efficiencies of up to 99.98% are used to test containers with liquids, powders, and lyophilized products. Solutions are available to handle Cold Chain products and Terminally Sterilised products where condensation and entrapped moisture on the containers can cause false rejections. Containers with Oncological/Hormonal products are dealt with in ways to minimize the risk of exposure to operators.
